Double Haus includes all core Haus benefits plus two seats at the same eligible Sweet Luncheonette tasting each month.The two seats are intended to be used together during the same monthly event cycle. They cannot ordinarily be divided between different events or carried into separate months.Double Haus still includes two curated bottles total each month. It adds a second tasting seat, not a second pair of bottles.

What is Haus Study?

Haus Study is the educational component of Haus Membership.It provides members with additional context about their featured wines, such as the grape, region, producer, winemaking approach, tasting characteristics, pairing ideas, or the story connecting the monthly selections.Haus Study is designed to help members build lasting wine knowledge without transforming enjoyment into homework or requiring anyone to pretend that every bottle smells like freshly sharpened pencils.

What kinds of tastings are eligible for Haus seats?

Included Haus seats may be used for designated standard Sweet Luncheonette wine tastings, Luncheonette Creations experiences, or other events specifically identified as Haus-eligible.Eligible dates and reservation instructions will be announced to members.An event is included only when Sweet Luncheonette identifies it as eligible for Haus redemption.

Are all Sweet Luncheonette events included with Haus?

No.Premium food events, guest-educator programs, Wine Education Series events, partner collaborations, workshops, charity events, and other specialty or limited-capacity experiences may require a separate ticket.Haus members may occasionally receive preferred access, special pricing, or another benefit for these events. Any such benefit will be stated in the event announcement.

Is the Wine Education Series included with Haus?

Wine Education Series programs are not ordinarily included as monthly Haus tasting redemptions.These are separately ticketed experiences featuring visiting educators, sommeliers, winemakers, importers, or other specialized voices from the wine community.A Haus member discount or preferred offer may be made available for a particular program, but only when specifically announced.

How do I reserve my included tasting seat?

Sweet Luncheonette curates a featured wine selection for Haus members each month.Members choose their two included bottles from the designated monthly lineup, subject to availability. The featured wines may connect to a tasting theme, Haus Study topic, season, producer, grape, or region that we believe deserves attention.

Can I choose any two bottles from the shop?

No.The monthly bottle benefit applies to the designated Haus selections rather than every bottle in Sweet Luncheonette’s inventory.Members may purchase additional eligible wines separately using their Haus bottle discount.

Do I have to attend a tasting to receive my bottles?

Accepted Answer

No.The bottle benefit does not depend on tasting attendance. Haus Cellar members receive the same two-bottle benefit without an included event seat, and Individual or Double Haus members do not lose their bottles when they cannot attend.While members are encouraged to submit their bottle selections during the open window, we’ve got you covered. At the end of the selection period, our team will thoughtfully curate two bottles from the current lineup for you to enjoy.

How long do I have to choose my monthly bottles?

Members have 30 days to choose their two bottles from the applicable monthly selection.After 30 days, Sweet Luncheonette may select the bottles on the member’s behalf based on the featured lineup and remaining inventory. Comparable substitutions may be made when a featured wine is no longer available.

Question 20

Do unused bottle benefits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Yes.Earned monthly bottles may accrue until they are picked up. However, the opportunity to personally choose from a particular monthly lineup lasts for 30 days.After that selection period, Sweet Luncheonette may choose and reserve the bottles for the member.Accrued bottles cannot be converted into cash, event tickets, membership payments, or store credit.

How do I pick up my Haus bottles?

Haus bottles may be collected during an announced Sweet Luncheonette opening, scheduled event, or arranged pickup time.Members should contact Sweet Luncheonette before making a special trip, particularly when collecting bottles from multiple months.The person receiving the wine must be at least 21 years old and may be asked to present valid identification.

What bottle discounts do Haus members receive?

Can membership benefits be transferred to someone else?
