South Africa has been making wine for centuries, but it still feels like a discovery for many drinkers. This tasting moves through vibrant/expressive wines and regional surprises that show why South African wine deserves far more attention than it usually gets.
Expect bottles with freshness, texture, character, and a wonderful ability to play well with food. We’ll guide guests through the lineup with enough context to make each pour meaningful, but not so much that anyone starts nervously lunging for Google.
