Moutard-Diligent 2023 “Qu’est-ce que c’est” Aligoté, Burgundy Zesty and clean, lemon, green apple, a little saline snap.
Casal de Ventozela 2024 Orange Wine, Portugal. Skin-contact white with a tea-like texture, featuring apricot and citrus peel notes, and a gently tannic finish.
Folk Machine 2023 Pinot Noir, Central Coast. Silky and light on its feet, red cherry, cranberry, and a touch of spice.
